Content of the aptitude test

Those who pass the fitness test will be invited to take the aptitude tests, which will be conducted electronically in March.

APTITUDE ASSESSMENT

Based on the scores, a maximum of 120 applicants, who pass the fitness test, will be invited to an aptitude assessment, which consists of two parts: preliminary assignments and an interview.

The preliminary assignments have to be completed online before the interview. It takes about 2.5–3 hours to complete them, but they do not need to be done all at once. The preliminary assignments include an aptitude part, which has to be completed within a time limit, and a self-assessment and essay parts, which do not have set time limits. The total length of the essays is about two pages with one longer essay and several short ones.

The interview is carried out via Teams. The interviewer is a psychologist, and the interview lasts for half an hour.

The assessment focuses on the following characteristics:

  • ability and willingness to develop (max. 10 points)
  • social skills (max. 15 points)
  • factors guiding values and actions (max. 15 points)
  • personality and work style (max. 15 points)
  • stress tolerance (max. 15 points).

The score of the aptitude assessment is calculated by adding the points of all the elements together. The maximum score is 70 points.
If an applicant gets zero points for any of the elements, the overall score becomes zero and the assessment is considered failed.
