The entrance examinations
The entrance examinations for the qualification programme in prison and probation services include a fitness test and an aptitude assessment.
- All applicants who meet the application requirements will be invited to the fitness test.
- All applicants who pass the fitness test will proceed to the aptitude assessment carried out at the Training Institute on the same day.
- Student selection is based on the combined scores from all parts of the entrance examinations.
- A basic security clearance will be carried out on those selected based on the entrance examinations. The selection decision is conditional until the results of the security clearance are available.
Admission to the training programme may be denied if the applicant has committed a crime or provided misleading or false information on the application form.
